Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LLM Controller web application ("Service"), operated by Tensioncore Administration Services ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using LLM Controller, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

LLM Controller provides a web-based interface for interacting with local large language models (LLMs), including chat, analytics, optional file uploads, and user account management. The Service may evolve with new features or improvements over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using LLM Controller, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use LLM Controller for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Do not submit or upload content that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.

5. User Content & Data Deletion

You are responsible for the content you submit or generate using LLM Controller.
User chat histories are not retained after deletion by the user. Saved chats are stored at the discretion of the user and are not the responsibility of LLM Controller once downloaded or removed.
Site settings and contact information of account holders may be retained only as necessary for the effective operation of the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. No Fees or Guarantees

The Service is currently provided free of charge.
LLM Controller is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability.

8. Intellectual Property

Portions of LLM Controller are released under an open source license, as published in the project repository and accompanying documentation. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the open source components in accordance with their respective license terms.

Some features, extensions, or modules (“Enterprise Features”) are proprietary and remain the exclusive property of Tensioncore Administration Services or its licensors. These Enterprise Features may not be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered except as expressly permitted by license or law.

Any trademarks, logos, and branding associated with LLM Controller or Tensioncore Administration Services remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tensioncore Administration Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
